Living in the Great Northwest, I am fortunate to sample some of the best micro-brewed beers in the world. My feelings of pairing are said best by the fictional character Remy in the movie Ratatouille “…imagine every great taste in the world being combined into infinite combinations, tastes that no one has tried yet!!” I can’t wait to try something new with beer or wine.

Beer is but a hobby, finding ways to help people enjoy family, friends, food and beer is my job.
